Čachtice quarry
The Čachtice quarry produces a broad range of natural stone products used in various sectors. In addition to road construction and maintenance, metallurgy, and concrete production, they are also used in gardening, agriculture, and the food industry. Aggregates up to 22 mm are the basis of bituminous coating mixtures for road surfacing. Fraction 0/4 is suitable for mortars for masonry and indoor and outdoor plasters.
You can use natural aggregate products effectively to beautify pavements, park areas and garden architecture. Chunk limestone, which is also supplied as the main raw material for lime production, is used to good effect in sugar mills.
This facility also supplies quarried rock that is used in river and stream management projects, and in individual and investment construction projects as a foundation and masonry material. We deliver aggregates in both sorted and unsorted fractions, and as quarried rock with weights of up to and over 200 kg and quarried rock for the construction of water works.
Processing of quarried rock into façade tiling for single-family houses, entrance halls and other spaces is a tradition as well.
