Hubina quarry
The Hubina facility produces a number of crushed terrazzo products from dolomitic aggregates. Noble white stone is a sought-after product for its quality and purity and is purchased by companies from Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
This rock is primarily used in the production of cast terrazzo, artificial stone, and in the surface treatment of panels and buildings or for spreading on asphalt layers. It can also be used very effectively to beautify pavements, in landscaping, or as a material in garden architecture. Crushed rock is widely used in construction for the production of concrete, mortar, masonry and scratch-coat plaster, and especially for external brizolite plasters used on buildings, houses and panels.
In agriculture, it is used as an additive to feed mixtures and also as a fertiliser. And to top it all off, you can also use it in the glass and food industries.
